Youth for the Quality Care of Animals Training (YQCA)

This training is required for beef, dairy, goats, sheep, swine and market poultry & rabbits exhibitors.  Face to face sessions are currently being offered, please check the event calendar for dates.  You may also complete the training online.  You must use the following link to register for the face to face trainings or to take the online training: https://yqca.learngrow.io

4-H Enrollment - October 1 - 31

All returning members and volunteers should re-enroll by November 1. Beginning the fall of 2018, the re-enrollment policy with consequences for late enrollment will be in effect. Please be sure to maintain your information in your 4-H online account (phone, email, address and project changes).

State Fair Information

What does each fair ribbon color mean?

Fair Exhibit labels in .pdf (use Avery label 5160) need to include: class number, product, 4-H member’s name and district. This is used for all static exhibits except for those listed below.

Food Preservation labels in .pdf or Food Preservation labels in .docx (Word) (use Avery label 5163) needs to include: class number, division, product, canning method, process time, pressure (psi), date processed including month and year, name and district.

Clothing, Fiber Arts or other exhibits needing a cloth label, use a piece of cloth with a permanent or laundry type marker. Labels should be about 3” x 2½” in size and include exhibitor name, class number and district.
