Jason Klenklen Dana Gettel Fair Board meetings are the second Thursday of each month starting in February 2026 at 6:30 PM at the Extension Office (subject to change - please confirm date and location before traveling). 2025-26 Meeting dates are: November 6, December 4, January 8, February 12 at the fairgrounds in Valley Falls, March 12, April 9, May 14, June 9 at the fairgrounds in Valley Falls starting at 7 p.m., July 9, August 13, September 10 and October 8 Fair Building Rental Agreements The Fair Board has implemented a new "3 business day hold" policy when renting out the building. This means that an inquiring renter has 3 business days to get the paperwork and check turned in to the Extension office from the time they verbally indicate they want to reserve it. If the 3 days pass and no paperwork and check have been submitted, the building is open to the next inquiry. Vendor Application Jefferson County Fair

Jefferson County 4-H Foundation
The Foundation seeks to encourage 4-Hers to attend area, state, and national events by providing financial help. Funds are raised through generous donations and fund-raising efforts. Donations and memorial funds also support higher education through scholarship awards.
