The Jefferson County Educational Extension Unit (JCEEU) will be awarding scholarships again this year. All high school seniors or college freshmen, who; 1) are planning to attend an instate institution 2) have a GPA of 2.5 or higher and 3.0 area resident of Jefferson County are urged to apply.

The deadline for applying is March 1st, 2018. Each applicant will also be asked for a personal interview before the selection committee, and must be available on Monday, March 5, 2018 between 4:00-6:00 p.m. at the Courthouse Basement Meeting Room in Oskaloosa. Enter the Courthouse through the east basement entrance. Interview reminders will not be sent, and interviews are completed on a first-come, first served basis.
This application form is for current year high school seniors or high school graduates enrolled in higher education. You must be a current Jefferson county 4-H member. Please take the time to complete this applications as we have donors who want to financially help you with your educational goals. Your local high school counselors has received a copy of this scholarship applications as well. Application are due in our office by Friday, March 16th, 2018. Jefferson County 4-H Foundation
The Foundation seeks to encourage 4-Hers to attend area, state and national events, by providing financial assistance. Funds are raised through generous donations and fund-raising efforts. Donations and memorial funds also support higher education through scholarship awards.
